Winter days like today, reminds me of how awesome the warm weather is at the beach. I’m so excited to share this family photoshoot on the beach with you all that was taken last year. If you follow my work, you will recognize this awesome couple and their son Jaxson from his birth photoshoot. I was so honored when Brittany asked me to photograph them all again on the beach at Asbury Park, New Jersey. The lighting was absolutely BANANAS! I never saw a sunset like that in my whole life, it was purple and so gorgeously whimsical. We started taking some photos on the beach, and I even got in the water and photographed from the ocean. Brittany wore the cutest whimsy chiffon pink and white dress with a beautiful hair band. Baby Jaxson was so cute and loved to be swung around for a few picsAs we got closer to sunset, the golden light came out more and more and we walked to the other beach. By the time we walked to the other beach and put the candles down, the sky had turned completely purple and was absolutely STUNNING!!!! I got so excited about the lighting that I laid down in the ocean without thinking and damaged my camera lol. But it was definitely worth it as this was one of my favorite shoots of all time
