How cute is this farm engagement shoot? I’m so excited to share Kristen and Darryl’s engagement with you all which was taken in Holmdel Park in Holmdel New Jersey. Kristen and Darryl were SOOO amazing to work with! Kristen is a talented actress so when she came to me with the idea to do a more stylized engagement shoot, I was very excited! We collaborated together and I went out to multiple places to find the perfect engagement props including the vintage skeleton keys and the vintage books. Kristen’s outfit was amazing and I especially loved her hat! The groom Darryl wore a very cute outfit as well, that was a perfect match to Kristen’s white lace outfit, with gorgeous pearl jewelry.

We arrived at Holmdel park, and the lighting was amazing! I was so happy as their photographer at how gorgeous the light really was for the photos! We went over by the lake and took a few photos and also took photos with some gorgeous foreground. After those photos, we placed a blanket on the ground and took some photos of the lovely couple just enjoying each other and reading books together. We also took photos with the vintage keysAfter some other photos with her hat, including one of my favorites below, the silhouette kissing shot through the hat, we went over to the farm. The farm normally doesn’t let you take photos next to the animals, but this day in particular, the people who worked their allowed us to and I was very very happy! They even let Kristen and Darryl hold a chicken!!!!! It was so fun! And then we went over to where the baby sheep and other animals were held. Overall, it was an amazing day and I’m so happy to work with this lovely couple!!
