Anthropologie wedding styled shoot… I’m just BEYOND excited to share this Little Mermaid and Monet Watercolor wedding photoshoot with you all! Last Spring, I sat down with the amazing and talented Kristin from Reverie. We brainstormed the idea for the styled shoot with the idea of incorporating Monet’s lillypad paintings with the lilypad rowboat scene in The Little Mermaid and voila! The styled shoot was created below
Reverie also created the incredible florals, hairpiece and table design details. Whilst coming up with ideas for the shoot, we decided to incorporate musical instruments which were provided by the awesome wedding musicians from Jaclyn Duncan Music. Their giant sized harp and flute were the perfect props to accent the photoshoot.

The ever talented Heather from the Anchor Salon in Shrewbury, NJ, created the fabulous hair and makeup for our lovely models Kay (I love your name) and Bobby, who were so great to work with!!! Kay’s gown was by the lovely Ivy and Aster, which is actually for sale if any brides are interested! Her Monet lilypad shoes were from Anthropologie. The lilypad wedding cake was created by Hudson Cakery in Weekhawkin, and was the same cake maker as our Safari shoot
So it was great working with them again! I also got to work with Dana from Between Sleep and Awake who does amazing cinematography, who I highly recommend to my brides! I hope you enjoy the photoshoot and just want to thank everyone involved with the shoot and especially Jesus Christ for allowing me to do photography and for creating such a beautiful world to photograph <3 “So whether you eat or drink or whatever you do, do it all for the glory of God.”- 1 Corinthians 10:31
