Mallard Island Wedding, Manahawkin, NJ, Diana and Jake
You may remember Diana and Jake from their lovely engagement photoshoot in Freehold. They were a blast to work with then and I was so excited on their wedding day!! Diana has a heart of gold! The day started and I was taking photos of the outside for their Mallard Island wedding, and all of a sudden Diana pulls up, gets out with her veil and gorgeous hair and makeup, and picks up a turtle in the middle of the road to make sure it doesn’t get hit! I thought that was one of the sweetest things I’ve ever seen at a wedding!
I even went back and took a photo of the turtle
Diana is in one work STUNNING! She looked absolutely gorgeous on her wedding day and her hair and makeup stayed perfect the entire day! I really wish I knew who did her hair and makeup because I would recommend them to EVERY bride!!! Diana and Jake chose navy and yellow for their wedding colors, with hints of different colors of blue. I especially loved all of her details including their “&” wedding sign, sparkly blue after party dress, gorgeous reception and ceremony details! I also LOVED their ketubah which was hand made and absolutely gorgeous! I even took a ring photograph on their ketubah. Their ceremony was so beautiful and emotional and really great to photographAnd the rest of their day was amazing, especially all of the fun dancing at their reception! But the funniest part of their evening was during Diana’s Father’s speech. He handed Jake her telephone bill and it was just the cutest and funniest moments! After all of the speeches and dancing, we got to go outside for a little bit more and take night time photos on the dock. Congratulations to Diana and Jake on your amazing wedding!!
