New Jersey Engagement Photoshoot by Kay English … Freehold, NJ Photo shoot with Michelle and Jay.
Hey everyone! Spring is almost here!! And after re-doing my website, and catching up on some albums, I finally have the chance to blog some engagement photo shoots from the end of last season! I’m excited to share Michelle and Jay’s shoot in Freehold, New Jersey at a gorgeous park with a red barn! I actually lived in the house by the park so I know all the secret spots for photos. The backdrop of the park is absolutely amazing! With the tall grass, to the rustic red barn, the yellow flowers and butterfly garden in season, and the rustic fence. It even has a lake! Michelle wore a very cute wrap dress with brown tall boots and matching belt. Jay wore a very nice blue button down shirt with jeans. I loved the emotion that Michelle and Jay had in the photos! They were very natural in front of the camera and I love photographing those special moments of laughing and smiling. One of my favorite photos, is the first one below where I photographed through the tall grass and yellow flowers to give it a hazy effect. After we went around to the front of the park, we walked in the back, past the lake, towards the butterfly garden. After we took some more photos there we went back towards the red barn and then took some fun photos with the fall foliage. Another favorite, is the one below with the different red and yellow leaves spelling out their date
Overall, it was a great day and I’m so excited for their wedding!!!
