NJ photoshoot- Once upon a dream Allentown, NJ anthropologie wedding photoshoot with Reverie and Claire La Faye

I remember the day that Kristin from Reverie Events and I sat down to brainstorm ideas for a styled shoot! As we came up with the idea belowA girl falls asleep reading a book and literally dreams her DREAM weddingAt once, the young man takes her away with a beautiful white horse as they ride into the sunset. We were also going for a cinderella theme in that she wakes up in a beautiful Claire La Faye dress! Kristin did such an AMAZING incredible job with all of the details of the shoot from the hand dyed paper table runner, to the amazing sparkle and flower chandelier.

I hand made the script ombre kite from supplies at Michaels, and it was a fun prop to work with (tho it didn’t fly very well!). The location was absolutely perfect for the shoot, set on a farm in Allentown, NJ and has horses and even a gorgeous swing which we made use of for the photos. Brianna wore cowboy boots to go with the theme of the horse wedding shoot and we also used plates from anthropologie as accents for the table setup. Kristin even hand created the frame which the couple could look through as they sat across form each other

Finally, the last scenes of the shoot were as the sun was setting and the light was absolutely DREAMY! I could not have asked for better lighting! And also, it was so amazing knowing that Brianna has ridden horses so she knew EXACTLY what to do with the horse and how to guide himOne of my favorite shots of the day was the super artistic shot of the horse running away where my shutter was slow and it was the perfect photo to end the “dream” sequence as the girl wakes up from her dream.
