The Palace in Somerset Park wedding. by New Jersey Wedding Photographer Kay English
One of the most amazing weddings EVER!!! I’m so excited to share this amazing wedding at the Palace in Somerset Park, New Jersey! The gorgeous bride Jessica, got ready at a hotel and had such amazing details! I loved her sapphire blue Badgley Mischka wedding shoes. I also loved her amazing rose and orchid cascading bridal bouquet. Jessica and Michael had an engagement photo shoot and they were so great to work with, so I was very excited for their wedding! I also got to meet their puppy Biggie, before the wedding and they dressed him up in the cutest little dog bowtie and wedding outfit
I was happy to work with Rob Adams Films again, who is absolutely amazing! There seriously isn’t a more talented cinematographer on the east coast! The gorgeous bride Jessica, had the prettiest wedding hair. It was set up into a giant bun and her makeup really went well together. Jessica had a gorgeous dress with a beautiful sparkle belt, and after she got dressed we took some bridal portraits with her veil
Then we headed over to a park for their first look. We took some fun bridal party photos, bridesmaids and groomsmen photos. After that, we headed over for their ceremony. After the ceremony, we went over to their beautiful venue The Palace in Somerset Park. The Palace has such amazing grounds and we walked in the front of the estate as well as the balcony where we took more bridal party photos. After some more backlit and sunset photos, we took night time photos
Then the amazing cocktail hour started, which was by far, one of the BEST cocktail hours I have EVER seen!!! The night was amazing and guests danced the night away. And then after they danced, they went outside to cut the cake and amazing fireworks went off!!!! It was my first time photographing fireworks at a wedding and it was beyond beautiful!
