Kelly and Ted’s rehearsal dinner at Palmetto Bluff in Bluffton, South Carolina, was straight out of a dream! I couldn’t believe how absolutely breath-taking the entire weekend was and I’m so excited to share with you the images below.
The lovely couples “Boots and Bowties” themed dinner was planned and designed by the amazing Reverie Events who design everything from the florals to the pendants. The flowers went with the theme and were showcased in Bluffton Oyster company containers. The lights sparkled over the tables next to the river. There was even a tree house that guests could go into and look around the whole location. Guests arrived on a vintage trolley to the Moreland region of Palmetto Bluff. Their guests enjoyed the freshly caught oysters grilled over the giant fire pit for their oyster shuck. The guests also enjoy boiled peanuts and the most amazing low country boil buffet including bbq pork, gumbo, shrimp boil, fried chicken, fried green tomatoes, shrimp boil, collard greens and more. Local beer and drinks including organic sweet tea, were served as well.
Kelly wore a gorgeous Anthropologie dress with the cutest cowgirl boots and hat for their welcome dinner. And guests also went with the theme to wear boots and bowties. The guests enjoyed the sunset on the dock with cocktails and an amazing band played as they danced the night away. The adorable children who were in attendance, also danced and played on the hammocks by the river. The stars appeared under the lights which was the absolute perfect ambiance for the beginning of their wedding weekend!
