I was so honored when Marianne from the talented Imagery by Marianne asked me to photographer her weddingI was especially excited to see that it was at the GORGEOUS Perona Farms barn in Andover, NJ. I never photographed a wedding there before but I really wanted to!! Marianne’s flowers were honestly in one word, STUNNING! I’ve never seen a color combination like that before and they all flowed together so perfectly! I also loved the rustic wedding accents of her cowgirl bootsEven the gorgeous bridesmaids wore cowgirl boots!

Marianne and Michael chose to do the first look, which was perfect as we were able to go to a secret spot I found in the area which had another vintage barn and pretty fall backdrop. We even found a swing which was so fun! The ceremony was lovely and was overlooking the beautiful barn. Marianne chose such gorgeous decor for her ceremony and even had the cutest flags with different sayings on them. The guests were served hot cider prior to the ceremony as well which was the perfect touch for a fall wedding.

After the ceremony, the guests enjoyed cocktail hour in the bottom of the barn which was so rustic and woodsy and such a great ambiance. But the “wow” factor was yet to come with the reception!!!!! I couldn’t believe it when I saw the top of the barn had PURPLE uplighting!! It was just so stunning and I loved all the lights and especially the decor. The bride chose gold dipped apples for the reception and gorgeous pink and purple centerpieces. It was honestly a photographers dream as there were so many amazing details from the type writer to the customized signs to the cake!

During the dancing, we got to go outside and take a few night time photos with the sapphire blue sky and then with the sky lanterns as they kissed under the stars and the lanterns flew away!
