Freehold rustic barn engagement photo shoot with balloons

Hey everyone! I’m finally coming out of winter hibernation and blogging some engagement photo shoots! I’m excited to share this one with you because first, the couple is amazing and sweet! And secondly, it really makes me miss the warm weather and look forward to the spring. I loved Michele’s rustic laid back engagement outfit with her cute pink dress and cowgirl boots! She added a little glitz with her necklace, and I also loved her belt. Jarod wore a nice white button down shirt and jeans. The lovely couple decided to bring giant colorful balloons to their engagement photo shoot! I was so excited, because it’s so fun working with a prop and also the bright pops of color :). One of my favorite photos, is the first one below where the sun went through the balloons as they were forehead to forehead. The lighting was amazing that day, and we got to do some really nice backlit photos. There was a lot of tall grass in the background of the photos, adding to the gorgeous natural setting. After we took several photos with the balloons in the open field, we also took some without the balloons and then headed over by the lake. After some photos in front of the lake, we walked over to the rustic red barn for some more photos. I love the photo of them sitting in front of the barn laughing together. It was really great how natural they are in front of the cameraFinally, we took photos by some gorgeous purple flowers. Overall, it was a great engagement photo shoot and I’m really excited for their wedding day!!!
